Lead Structural Ltd. carries out the design of all structural elements including substructure design, foundations, reinforced concrete, structural steelwork, masonry and brickwork, timber and various other traditional and non-traditional materials from our Glasgow office.

Designs are prepared in accordance with the relevant Design Codes, British Standards, European Standards, Codes of Practise and the Building Regulations. We provide SER certification of projects as required.
Residential projects such as new builds, self builds, alterations, extensions and conversions are our bread and butter, and form a significant part of our work, both for private clients and Developers.

Our Project values range from 1.5k to 10 million and include; alterations to tenements, flatted properties, attic conversions and garage conversions, feature alterations such as chimney breast removals and house extensions. To full scale, large housing developments and Multi-storey flatted developments and commercial and industrial properties.
We offer Civil Engineering, Building Design and Structural Design Services for Local Authority consents, Building Warrant submissions including undertaking dimensional surveys within properties and production of scale plans etc, and/or the preparation of Structural Design calculations / detailed Structural drawings and the provision of Structural Design (SER) Certificates.
