INTERNAL TENEMENT ALTERATIONS
Internal tenement alterations are trending at this point in time. The reason behind this trend is that the designs and floor layouts at the moment incorporate a significant amount of unused spaces such as kitchens in recesses, staircase locations, dead space due to the layout of the rooms etc.
A Building warrant is usually required for load-bearing alteration works. We have experienced and professional structural engineers for this job. Building warrants take around 12 weeks after the application submission to the Council. We also provide reports, comfort letters and SER certificates for any structurally related works
